Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications in the project requirements “Various Medicines for the use at Pharmacy Section for various patients of NOPH under Bid No. B-96-2013, ABC:P6,462,291.00”. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
AMENDMENTS IN THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, viz:
- For item number 96 – Sevoflurane 250 ml, eliminate
