TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements To Furnish Labor & Materials for the Fabrication of Office Tables for the Provincial Accountant’s Office, Province of Negros Oriental with an ABC of P1,615,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on February 1, 2023 (Wednesday) at 9:00 in the morning at the BAC Conference Room, 4th Floor, Convention Center, Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P1,500.00 (Non-refundable)
Please be guided accordingly.
