This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Assorted Vegetable Seeds to be used in the Negros Oriental Organic Agriculture Management Center (GAD) of the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-23-41, ABC:P3,723,895.00, viz:
