This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “To furnish labor for Janitorial Services and to provide cleaning tools, equipment and cleaning supplies to clean and to maintain the hospital wards, offices, comfort rooms, lobbies and corridors of the areas, sections and facilities of the Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital for 26 days a month for Forty-Five (45) personnel to perform duties from September 1 to December 31, 2023” under Bid No. B-125-2023, ABC:P3,289,291.20, viz:
