This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Concreting of Road going to Sitio Buho, Barangay Inawasan, Pamplona, Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-164-2023, ABC:P11,760,000.00, viz:

The prospective bidder or its duly representative should be present during the bid opening. Failure to attend is automatically disqualified.

- Each Bidder shall submit ONE original and TWO copies of the first and second components of its bid.
Submitted documents without proper tabbing for all copies (3 envelopes) with name of the document (not letters or numbers) and not book bounded (soft/hard) is automatically disqualified.
Amendments in the Bid Securing Declaration Form:
To Delete item no. 4
- I/We hereby undertake, among others, that I/We shall enter into contract with the procuring entity and furnish the required performance security within ten (10) days from receipt of the Notice of Award, and committing to pay the corresponding fine and be suspended for a period of time from being qualified to participate in any Bidding in the Province of Negros Oriental.
I/We hereby undertake to refund the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental the price difference in any or all of the items supplies under this contract in the event that the same is/are found by the Commission on Audit to be overpriced.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned changes in the preparation of their bids.
