Dear Sir/Madame:

The attached Purchase Order having been approved, notice is hereby given to COMMANDER SERCURITY SERVICES, that work may commence on the delivery of “To furnish Security Services good for seventy-eight (78) Security Guards to perform duties from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 to the different offices and hospitals of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, 24 hours for 7 days a week with at least eight (8) hours per shift under Bid No. B-160-2013 for Lot No. 1 on date of the Contract is upon receipt of this notice.

Upon receipt of this notice, you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementation Schedule.

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this notice by signing both copies in the space provided below. Keep one copy and return the other to the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental
