SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN
Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Removal/Replacement of 2-unit Passenger Elevator in Central Block Building and Removal of 1-UNIT Bed Lift Elevator in OPD, NOPH, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-49-2024(B), ABC:P17,640,000.00. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
Delivery Schedule:
- Delivery, installation and final turn-over will be 60 days upon receipt of NTP.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned delivery schedule in the preparation of their bids.
