This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders that in view of some clarifications by the BAC and the End-user, there is a need to CANCEL the schedule for the SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS ON May 7, 2024 at 1:30PM for the project requirements “To furnish Security Services good for One Hundred Eighty-Five (185) Security Guards to perform duties from May 16 to August 31, 2024 to the different offices and hospitals of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, 395 days factor (24 hours for 7 days a week with at least 8 hours per shift) for 185 Security Guards” under Bid No. B-158-2024 with an ABC of P13,296,460.55.
New schedule for this project will be posted in due time.
