This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Purchase 2,123 vial Purified Chick Embryo Cell Culture Vaccine (Vaxirab) & 100 vial Equirab Immunoglobulin Vaccine for the use of PHO Technical Division, Dumaguete City, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-185-2024, ABC:P4,000,000.00, viz:
Additional requirements in the Terms and Conditions:
- Expiry period of 2 years upon delivery
- All bidders are required to submit CPR (Certificate of Product Registration) for all items quoted in the bid.
- The bidders must have a business establishment/office/cold chain availability and valid business/mayor’s permit within the province of Negros Oriental.
- Failure to comply and/or absence of the said requirement shall result to outright disqualification
- Delivery is 2-3 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned additional requirements in the Terms and Conditions in the preparation of their bids.
