TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS

 

We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements Purchase of Other Supplies and Materials for Office of the BM Jun Arnaiz use, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Negros Oriental, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of  Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.

 

Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on December 28, 2023 at 9:00 in the morning at the BAC Conference Room, 4^th Floor, Convention Center, Dumaguete City.

 

Note:  Proof of payment of bidding documents  – P2,500.00 (Non-refundable)

                       

Please be guided accordingly.

Submitted documents without proper tabbing for all copies (3 envelopes) with name of the document

 (not letters or numbers) and not book bounded (soft/hard) is automatically disqualified.
