REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Negotiated – Highly Technical Consultants

To furnish services for the “Implementation of the Enhancements,

Improvement and Expansion of the Fund Management Information Systems of the

Province of Negros Oriental (ABC:P2,300,000.00)

 

  1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through Responsibility Center: 1081 / Account Code: 1999-089 (14), 1999-057 (12), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract NHTC-215-2014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

 

  1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now calls for the submission ofeligibility documents for the requirement “To furnish services for the “Implementation of the Enhancements, Improvement and Expansion of the Fund Management Information Systems of the Province of Negros Oriental”. Interested consultants must submit their eligibility documents on or before November 26, 2014, 9:30 in the morningat Old Session Hall, 2nd Floor, Capitol Building, Dumaguete City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
  2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested consultants from the Office of the BAC Secretariat and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00).
  3. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental reserves the right to reject any and all bids, annul the bidding process, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
