REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

To hire Advisers for Education, Culture and Sports, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Peace and Order, Rural Development and Services, Affairs of Women, Children and Cultural Communities, Political Affairs, Smoke-Free Negros Oriental and Youth and Sports Development to provide studies, plans and programs and advice the Governor in the implementations of the same, in accordance to Section 6.1 and 53.7 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 (ABC:P2,876,688.00)

 

  1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through Responsibility Center: 1011-200-969, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos (Php 2,876,688.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract NHTC-215-2014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
  2. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now calls for the submission ofeligibility documents for the requirement“To hire Advisers for Education, Culture and Sports, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Peace and Order, Rural Development and Services, Affairs of Women, Children and Cultural Communities, Political Affairs, Smoke-Free Negros Oriental and Youth and Sports Development to provide studies, plans and programs and advice the Governor in the implementations of the same, in accordance to Section 6.1 and 53.7 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184; (1) Recommend Plans and Programs which shall help the Provincial Government implement high impact projects in the province covered under required services being rendered. That the procuring entity agrees to pay the adviser 15% advance payment and progress payment thereon upon presentation of accomplishment of works until 100% completed.

 

Interested consultants must submit their eligibility documents on or before June 24, 2015, 10:00 in the morningat Old Session Hall, 2nd Floor, Capitol Building, Dumaguete City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.

 

  1. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested consultants from the Office of the BAC Secretariat and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000.00).

Note: Submitted documents without proper tabbing and not book bounded is automatically disqualified

  1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental reserves the right to reject any and all bids, annul the bidding process, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
