NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

(Two Failed Biddings)

TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS

 

We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements “To hire contractor to provide materials, labor, and equipment for eight (8) Infrastructure Projects, viz:

1 Concreting of Road Candalanon-Punong Trinidad, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental P1,372,000.00
2 Concreting of Road Proper Sandayao Elem. School, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental P1,372,000.00
3 Concreting of Road Crossing Tacpao-Binobohan, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental P1,372,000.00
4 Concreting of Road Lagsing-Calupaan, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental P1,372,000.00
5 Concreting of Footbridge Budlasan-Punong, Trinidad Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental P1,372,000.00
6 Construction of Footbridge Balaas P. Zamora, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental P1,372,000.00
7 Concreting of Road Imelda-Lip-o, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental P1,372,000.00
8 Construction of Footbridge Marulao Hilaitan, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental P1,372,000.00

with the total ABC of P10,976,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of  Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.

 

Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on January 30, 2020 (Thursday) at 10:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.

 

Note:  Proof of payment of bidding documents  –  P11,000.00 (Non-refundable)

Submitted documents without proper tabbing and not book bounded is automatically disqualified.
