This Supplemental Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective bidders of the amended requirements for the bidding “Twenty Eight (28) units Laptop” for use in the IPHO Technical Division, province of Negros Oriental (Bid No. T-102-2012, ABC:P1,208,150.00), viz:

WINDOWS 7 Home Basic specified in the bidding requirements is DELETED and CHANGED TO WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL
Changes in the Timelines
There will be a 2nd Pre-bid conference to be conducted on DECEMBER 5, 2012 at 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the same venue.
The schedule for submission and opening of bids is MOVED to DECEMBER 17, 2012 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the same venue.
