This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Various Medical Supplies for the use at CSR Section of NOPH” under Bid No. B-92-2022, ABC:P5,763,689.50, viz:

- Certification from TWG for its acceptability
(To be submitted during Bid Opening)
Bidders should submit samples to the end users or requisitioner for evaluation and requires a Certification from TWG for its acceptability on items nos. 1, 3 -8, 11, 14 – 19, 31 – 38, 61, 74 – 75, 80 – 83, 106, 117 – 120, 127 – 128, 134, 137, 141 – 145, 153-187 and 194 only.
- Expiry – At least One (1) year upon delivery.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned additional in the terms and conditions in the preparation of their bids.
