Addendum No. 1

 

          This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications in the project requirements “Various Medical Supplies for the use at the CSR Section of NOPH under Bid No. B-95-2013, ABC P6,364,279.00.00”.  This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

 

Additional Requirements for Post-qualification

 

  • For items 131-134, 46-52, 143-156, 160-163, 118-123 – Suppliers must submit Certificate of Product Certification (CPR)
