Dear Sir:

We are happy to inform you that your proposal for the preparation of detailed architectural and engineering plans of Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital-Cosnstruction of OPD, Dumaguete Cit, for the contract price equivalent to P2,490,000.00 to be integrated in the proposed four-storey building, as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instrcution to Bidders is hereby accepted.

You are therefore required within three (3) days from receipt of this Notice to Proceed, to formally enter into contract with us, ant to submit the Performance Security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders.
