ADDENDUM NO. 1

 

              This Supplemental Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective bidders of the amended Project Title and additional requirements for the bidding “To furnish labor for various Jogging Pants, T-shirts, Caps, Jackets, etc.” for use in the Provincial School Board, province of Negros Oriental (ABC:P943,750.00)”. This shall form an integral part of the Notice to Bidders.

 

            Notice is hereby given that Bid Advertisement No. No. B-02-2014 which calls for the procurement of “To furnish labor for various Jogging Pants, T-shirts, Caps, Jackets, etc.” for use in the Provincial School Board, province of Negros Oriental (ABC:P943,750.00)” has amendments  in its project title and additional requirements, viz:

 

The amended project title is:

 

 “To furnish labor for printing and materials for various Jogging pants, T-shirts, Caps, Jackets, etc” for use in the Provincial School Board, province of Negros Oriental

 

Additional requirements in Section VII – Technical Specifications:

 

1. 1.        All interested bidders are required to submit, on the day of the submission of bids, a sample of all the items to be procured;
2. 2.        An awarded bidder is required to deliver the exact kind/brand of items being presented as sample and submitted during the submission of bids.
