Additional requirements in in the Technical Specifications
- Interested Bidder/s must have a valid and existing Business Permit within Negros Oriental. In case of joint venture, a Business Permit in Negros Oriental of either of the joint venture partners will suffice.
Interested Bidder/s must have an existing Service Center/Establishment within the Province of Negros Oriental.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned additional requirements in the technical specifications in the preparation of their bids. For the information and guidance of all concerned.
