Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements To hire contractor to provide materials, labor, and equipment for the “Rehabilitation and Improvement of Cabcaban-Nalundan Provincial Road, Bindoy, Negros Oriental”  under Bid No. B-230-2020, ABC:P37,715,055.00. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

 

Reinforcing Steel Bars that was erroneously computed

 

Pls. see attached Annex A:

 

  1. Summary of revised quantities
  2. Detailed Unit Price of Analysis (DUPA) for Item 404(a) – Reinforcing Steel Bars, Original & Corrected Unit Cost
  3. Quantity Computation for Item 103(6)a – Pipe Culvert and Drain Excavation, Item 407(8) – Lean Concrete, Item 505(2)a – Grouted Ripap (Class A) and Item 612(1) Reflectorized Thermoplastic Pavement Markings (White)

 

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned changes in the preparation of their bids.
