Addendum No. 1

 

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee pursuant to the letter by the end-user dated July 31, 2024 for the requirements “To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Repair and Maintenance of Two (2) units Passenger Elevator at the Negros Oriental Convention Center, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-256-2024, ABC:P1,970,000.00, viz:

 

Additional requirements in the Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. Must have a Business Permit and a Service Center within the Metro Dumaguete Area.

 

 

  1. Service Center should be in existence for at least five (5) years in the Metro Dumaguete Area.

 

 

  1. Technical teams and equipment parts are readily available from the supplier within twenty-four (24) hours upon request of the end-user. This is to ensure prompt response if ever the elevators breaks down within the warranty period and to ensure that they can do preventive maintenance if called upon to do so, as soon as possible.

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned additional terms and conditions in the preparation of their bids.
