Changes in the Timelines
There will be a 2nd Pre-bid conference to be conducted on DECEMBER 5, 2012 at 11:30 in the morning at the same venue.
The schedule for submission and opening of bids is MOVED to DECEMBER 17, 2012 at 1:30 in the afternoon at the same venue.
