This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders that in view of some of the details that has to be discussed further in the technical specifications for the bidding requirements “One (1) Unit Brand New Anesthesia Airway Management Set and One Unit Brand New Anesthesia Machine with Ventilator” for use at the OR Section of Provincial Health Office, province of Negros Oriental under Bid No. T-88-2012 with an ABC of P4,989,300.00, there is a need to schedule another PRE-BID CONFERENCE on NOVEMBER 7, 2012 (Wednesday) at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at same venue. The schedule for SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS is MOVED TO NOVEMBER 21, 2012 (Wednesday)at 10:30 in the morning at the same venue.
